Payment

 THE REGISTRATION is OBLIGATORY for this conference : Please note that registrations can not be done on-site

 The registration fees include welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks, one-day excursion, petanque game and gala dinner

 The registrations are only made by credit card, bank transfer (or purchase order for French organizations only).

We invite you to take the following precautions before registering: 

1. If you pay by credit card, we would ask you to take your card with you when you register
2. Page 2 : you have the ability to give additional informations 
3. The eligible cards are Visa and Mastercard 
4. Do not fill in the the information on the invoice if you pay by credit card. The information on the invoice, are only requested for the participants who pay by order form
5. Page 4 : use the drop-down menu to select your status, it avoids the errors of payment and the deletion of your registration if your status does not correspond to the payment
6. Choose transfer in case of bank transfer

Payments can be made through the following means of payment:

• By credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or e-BLUE) via our secured on-line platform.
• By bank transfer (in Euros, net of any bank charges)

• By purchase order–FOR FRENCH ORGANIZATIONS ONLY– Any purchase order must mention ICFIA2023 as well as the name of the participant.
